Hex Bolt Manufacturing Process

Our 155,000 square foot head office and plant are located in Toronto, and we also have seven warehouses strategically located in Alberta, British Columbia, Quebec, Kansas and Minnesota. This ensures that customers across North America enjoy short lead times and low delivery rates. Out employees use 200+ well-maintained machines for heading, thread rolling, slotting, cold nut forming, assembly, packaging and more, as well as new equipment like electrostatic powder painting. Our plant includes a complete tool room, and a material handling and inspection department, and our in-house service department routinely inspects all machines.
