We have Swiss type automatic lathes from leading manufacturers including Citizen Machinery and Star CNC Machine Tool Corp. These machines combine rapid production speeds with versatile capabilities, so we can take on virtually any project. Our 50,000 square foot facility is outfitted with more than 70 first operation screw machines, in addition to a fully equipped secondary operations department.

We have experience machining much more than nuts and bolts. Some of the products we have created include fittings, fasteners, connectors, threaded parts, bushings, spacers, washers, welding components and assemblies. Our CNC machines offer capacities up to 60 mm. We also have rotary transfer machines with capacities up to 45 mm, multi-spindle machines with capacities up to 1-3/4 inches, and single spindle machines with capacities up to 2-3/8 inches. In addition, our secondary operations department can perform milling, drilling, broaching, tapping, assembly, and thread rolling.
To meet the unique needs of our diverse customer base, we can offer products with a wide range of finishes. We work with certified sub-contractors to provide anodizing, heat treating, nickel plating, zinc plating, chrome plating, and more. Our company also performs thorough quality assurance processes to ensure all of out products meet our high standards.
