We have robust plate rolling capabilities that enable us to create cylinders and rings with thicknesses from 1/4” up to 10”, and diameters up to 20ft. We perform structural rolling to make a wide variety of shapes including angles, channels, rail, I-beams, wide flange beams, flat and square bar, and more. We also offer heavy plate forming services using brake presses with up to 6000T capacities. We have experience forming shapes such as pipe clamps, dished plates, knuckle segments, bend brackets, compound curves, and both concentric and eccentric cones/reducers.
