Break forming service
We have a brake forming department that is outfitted with multiple brake presses including both mechanical and hydraulic varieties. They have capacities ranging from 300 tons to 6000 tons. Our comprehensive range of equipment allows us to form a variety of shapes from up to 14 feet wide, and ¼" to 20" thick. Some of the shapes we have experience forming include pipe clamps, dished plates, knuckle segments, compound curves, single bend brackets, cylinders and cylindrical segments, concentric or eccentric cones and reducers, as well as transitions (such as oval to round, square to round, etc.).
