We have the capability to manufacture springs in a wide range of sizes. We make mechanical springs in sizes from 0.005" to 1.500", and wire forms with wire sizes of 0.015" to 0.375". Our custom flat springs are available with thickness between 0.005" to 0.156" and widths of 0.072" to 2.500". The materials we use for our springs include stainless steel, brass, bronze, copper, beryllium, rubber, Inconel, Monel and other special alloys.
Short run spring manufacturing process
We will assist in the design and engineering of your custom springs. All our tooling is performed in-house to provide prompt turnaround times and the best value. We use metal stamping and wire forming to create our products. In addition to springs, we can create a variety of complex stamped parts and tools including flat wires, metal clips, spring hinges, and various fourslide products.
