Metal cutting coolants
We provide honing oil and coolant that will protect your cutting tools from wear and extend their life. It will also ensure your work pieces are not subjected to excessive heat, so they will never tear or weld. Our fluids are formulated to offer the maximum possible removal of stock and swarf. They will not glaze or gum up the abrasive. We can supply our fluids in either drums of 50 gallons or totes of 250 gallons.
Besides coolants, we offer a range of both horizontal and vertical honing machines. Also available are an array of cutting tools and abrasives. We can provide abrasives such as silicon carbide, vitrified bond, resin bond, diamond metal bond, and aluminum oxide.
