Sponge Rubber

Brand Felt of Canada Ltd. supplies medium-density open and closed cell sponge rubber in various sizes, cuts, and densities. Sponge rubber offers many benefits, including elasticity, low friction, cushioning, and weather resistance. These benefits make it ideal for gaskets and other industrial applications. Brand Felt of Canada Ltd. is committed to delivering precisely what you need, using our fully stocked warehouses and customized services. We are a family business with manufacturing experience dating back to 1959. Our quality services help you accomplish your company goals more efficiently, saving you time and money.

Line of Sponge Rubber:

Our line of sponge rubber includes open and closed cell sponge rubber. Closed cell sponge rubber is generally more impermeable to water, which makes this a more preferable material where water sealing properties are needed. Each type is available in rolls by the foot and convenient rolls of stripping, with or without adhesive backing. Our standard diameters range from 10 inches to 15 inches.

Open cell sponge rubber is available with or without pressure sensitive adhesive backing. It is used when excellent cushioning and a non-skid surface are required. Open cell sponge rubber is available in standard black.

Closed cell sponge rubber has a high resistance to petroleum and oil based solvents. It is ideal when a waterproof material is essential. Closed cell sponge rubber is available in standard black, with or without pressure sensitive adhesive backing.

Custom Manufacturing Process:

All our sponge rubber is available with or without pressure sensitive adhesive backing. We also offer custom CNC cutting, roll slitting, die cutting, and kiss cutting.
