Bohne Spring Industries Ltd. – Springs
An industry leader since 1943, Bohne Spring Industries designs and manufactures compression springs, precision springs, wire, strip forms, and metal stampings. Focusing on teamwork, innovation and customer satisfaction, we aim to "do it right the first time." We use high-speed CNC coiling machines to manufacture compression springs, allowing us to reduce production times and pass those savings onto our customers. Based in Toronto, we are pleased to work with companies, both big and small, from across the continent. We strive for continuous improvement, and are proud to offer short lead times, 100% traceability and competitive pricing.
We manufacture 27 compression spring models, including conical and magazine springs; 11 extension spring models, including garter springs, and 17 torsion spring models, including clock and double torsion springs. The springs are primarily made of stainless steel, although some extension springs are made of copper cadmium and brass, and some models of all springs have zinc or phosphate plating. Our springs are available in various sizes, up to 5 mm or 0.196" diameter wire for torsion springs, and up to 5.25 mm or 0.207" diameter wire for compression and extension springs.
Springs Industrial Applications
Customers working in the automotive, aerospace, defense, consumer goods and telecommunications industries, among many others, benefit from using our springs.
