Equipment Water Treatment
As a versatile custom fabricator, we can build a wide variety of water treatment equipment. We have a facility capable of handling very large equipment with ease. We also provide a number of services that go above and beyond the typical expectations of a manufacturer. We also provide design, assembly, installation and shipping preparation services. We excel at meeting tight deadlines and building complex equipment for critical applications. Since 1974, we have been earning our reputation for the most competitive prices, flexible services and fastest delivery times.
Water treatment equipment
We can build equipment for the water treatment industry from materials including carbon steels, stainless steels, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, and titanium. The equipment we fabricate can be designed for a variety of demanding applications such as highly corrosive environments, low temperature service, sour service, hardened applications and high-tensile applications.
An example of a large piece of water treatment equipment we produced is a heater and a storage tank pair that were designed to be vertically stackable. Ensuring a proper fit prior to shipping was crucial because it would be very difficult to make adjustments in the field. We were able to check the fit and alignment via a trial-fitting of the vessels. Our facility allowed us to stack the vessels in the desired orientation, and gave our customer a chance to see the result before approving the items for shipping.
Water treatment equipment manufacturing process
The capabilities of our large facility set us apart from other custom shops. We have a 70-ton lifting capacity with a height of 30 feet under hook. We pride ourselves on flexibility, and we are able to provide services including design, installation of electrical systems and instrumentation, insulation, structural supports and more. Our QA program is extensive, and has been accredited as a A.S.M.E. Section VIII, Division 1 fabricator.
