Industrial Gaskets

At All Custom Gasket & Materials Ltd., we use our hundred years of experience to manufacture top-quality gaskets, rubber extrusions and moldings, compression packings, and other sealing products. We also offer custom fabrication and assembly to ensure that your gaskets meet any challenges that you might encounter today, tomorrow or in ten years. We are always striving to improve and expand our product line and services so that our clients continue to succeed. With competitive pricing and personalized service, we hope to become Canada’s premiere gasket and sealing supplier.

Industrial Gaskets Product Line

Many of our clients in the chemical, petrochemical and other industries use our stainless steel gaskets. Their flexibility allows them to maintain a seal despite pressure and temperature fluctuations, bolt stress, relaxation and creep demand. Our spiral round gaskets consist of a metal winding, filler material and a guiding ring, and can be manufactured out of a variety of metals, including several grades of stainless steel. They can accommodate up to 2,500 PSI. Our ring type joint gasket, also manufactured out of steel, is often used in machined grooves and is ideal for low pressure and low bolt loads. Our metal-jacketed exchange gaskets are typically used in heat exchangers, boilers, pumps and flue stacks.

Industrial Gaskets Industrial Applications

Our gaskets have served clients in the aerospace, oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining, construction and defence industries, among many others.

Industrial Gaskets Manufacturing Process

Our processes depend on the product in question. To make our non-asbestos sheets, we compress combinations of synthetic fibres, natural rubber, filler material and dye under high temperatures. When manufacturing the plastic phenolic, we apply heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass-based cloth mixed with synthetic resin. Our engineering team will address your questions and special requests to design the gaskets your business needs to success. Whatever material a gasket is made from, our production team’s experience and dedication ensure that it will do the job a client needs.
