At All Custom Gasket & Materials Ltd., we manufacture gaskets, rubber extrusions and moldings, compression packings, and other sealing products suitable for a wide variety of industries. We also offer custom fabrication and assembly to ensure that your gaskets meet any challenges that you might encounter today, tomorrow or in ten years. High Temperature Gaskets Product Line

Many of our gaskets suit high temperature environments, functioning well in temperatures between 450ºF and 3000­ºF. Gaskets made from lightweight ceramic fibre have good chemical stability, low thermal conductivity and good sound absorbance, and operate in temperatures up to 3000ºF. Mica gaskets resist fire without burning, has good compression resistance and tensile strength, and low conductivity. They function in environments up to 1000ºF, and we also offer sheets, tubes, washers and machined parts made of mica. Silica fabric, suitable in environments up to 1800ºF, is made of texturized yarn, has good insulating properties, and is also available as cloth, tapes, ropes and sleeving. Our high-temperature gaskets are also available in many other kinds of material, including fibreglass tape, flexible graphite, Marinite A and Glasstherm.

Our gaskets have served clients in the aerospace, oil and gas, pulp and paper, mining, construction and defence industries, among many others.

High Temperature Gaskets Manufacturing Process

Our operations depend on the product in question. To make the plastic phenolic, we apply heat and pressure to layers of paper or glass-based cloth mixed with synthetic resin. When manufacturing non-asbestos sheets, we compress combinations of synthetic fibres, natural rubber, filler material and dye under high temperatures. Whatever material a gasket is made from, our production team’s experience and dedication ensure that it will do the job a client needs.
