MACHINING SERVICES

Subcontracting is arranged for work not performed in the plant. Many qualified, highly computerized machine shops are within one hour's drive from our Niagara Falls plant.

HEAT TREATMENT
Heat treating such as stress relieving is done in on-site furnaces, using a calibrated, digital read out heat monitor complete with print out. Maximum size: 10'0" x 32'0" More specialized heat treatment is subcontracted out.

  • Independent Radiographic and Ultrasonic Testing of welds.
