ECONOSEAL PEGASUS CARTONER

This continuous motion, automatic horizontal cartoner offers heavy duty production while using minimum floor space. Cartons are automatically opened via a rotary carton erector and pass along a 5 foot (1.5 meter) load area, which provides sufficient room for two loading operators.  Product is then manually loaded horizontally as the cartons pass through this area.  The loaded cartons are then closed using either hot melt glue or tuck closure.  The Pegasus can also be equipped with a barrel cam style loader to automatically loader products at speeds of up to 120 cartons per minute.  Options such as date coding and extra conveyor length are available.

ECONOSEAL E-SYSTEM CARTONER

This intermittent, automatic horizontal cartoner offers heavy duty production at a light weight price. Cartons are automatically opened on to a single product loading station. Product is then horizontally loaded, either manually or automatically. The loaded carton is then transported ahead for either hot melt glue or tuck closure. The E-System 2000 cartoner accommodates both paperboard and corrugated material. Options such as date coding, conveying and product loading systems are available.
