Cooling

EXAIR's stainless steel Vortex Tube produces cold airflow down to minus 50 degrees Fahrenheit and is incorporated in a variety of spot cooling products. Compact Cabinet Coolers that convert ordinary compressed air into 20 degree Fahrenheit air are available to cool and purge electronic control panels. NEMA 4, 4X and 12 models are UL Listed and have capacities ideal for all enclosures. Other styles include the Cold Gun Aircoolant System for machining without coolant, the Component Cooler for testing electronic components and Mini Cooler for cooling small tools.

Blowoff, Cooling and Drying

EXAIR manufactures the compact Super Air Knife, which produces a uniform, laminar sheet of high volume, high velocity air for blowoff, cooling and drying. Noise level is a fraction of ordinary blowoffs with energy use comparable to a blower without the high maintenance. Other engineered configurations include the Super Air Amplifier and the Super Air Nozzle with a complete line of Safety Air Guns, Stay Set Hoses and magnetic bases. The split design of the Super Air Wipe clamps around the product or surface to provide a uniform 360 degree airstream that is ideal for blowoff, cooling and drying. Energy efficient Line Vac Conveyors are also available that convert ordinary pipe, hose or tube into a powerful conveying system.

Industrial Housekeeping

EXAIR vacuums are compressed air powered and have no moving parts to wear out. The Reversible Drum Vac fills/empties a 55-gallon drum in 90 seconds and is ideal for spill recovery and coolant sumps. The Chip Vac vacuums chips and shavings directly into an ordinary drum. A hand-held Vac-u-Gun to blow, vacuum and transfer is available along with a model for vacuuming deep holes. The Air Stik and Air Disk Window Blowoff keep the windows of CNC machining centers clear of coolant so the part and process are visible at all times.

Static Eliminators

EXAIR Static Eliminators neutralize and clean plastics, webs, sheet stock and other surfaces up to 20 feet away. Models using EXAIR's engineered airflow products include the Super Ion Air Knife for a laminar sheet of ionized airflow, the Ion Air Cannon with a directed conical airstream, the hand-held Ion Air Gun and Ion Air Jet. For applications where airflow might disturb the product or orientation, there are Ionizing Bars and the Ionizing Point. A Digital Static Meter is available to locate the source of the static problem while measuring the voltage and polarity.
