Overhead Cranes

• Top Running or Under-Running standard cranes range in capacity from 500 lbs. (227 kg) to 60 tons (55 tonnes) and spans to 70 feet (20m).
• Larger cranes are considered as custom projects.
• Existing cranes may be upgrades for improved use or retrofit to suit a new location.

Jib Cranes

• Standard designs include: free standing, wall or column mounted; tie rod, full compression or mast rotation types; with capacities from 150 lbs (68kg) to 5 tons (5.1 tonnes), a reach to 30 feet (9m), rotation to 360 degrees and the option of power rotation.

Runways

Gantry Cranes

• Standard gantry capacities 1, 2, 3 and 5 ton with spans to 36'. Standard base plate floor mount. Castors optional.
• Heavy duty designs are engineered and built to suit.
• Both manual and motor driven designs available.

Monorails

Enclosed track or open I-beam systems, designed with curves or switches to support manual or motorizes trolleys.

Applications for a select range of material handling.

Hoists

Mentor supplies a wide selection of hoists from world leading manufacturers and specifies features that are compatible with your system requirements.

Interlock Switch

Mentor offers a safe way to transfer a hoist or trolley from a monorail to an under-running single girder crane or between two under-running single girder cranes.

Switches are also available for enclosed track or I-beam monorails.
