Simple Technology

Two square-section tubes, rotated by 45° to each other, with four rubber inserts form the proven basic principle of the ROSTA element. Originally used in wheel suspensions, it soon became a standard component in mechanical engineering and plant construction: the ingenious design enables its simultaneous use as a bearing, spring, oscillating element and damper.

The most important characteristics of our elements include:

  • +/- 30° torsion angle enables universal spring movements
  • silent, maintenance-free operation lowers running costs
  • progressively springing and ideally damping rubber minimizes the residual forces onto the building substance
