CPG produces very high quality precision-machined components. We have some of the best full-time machinists on staff capable of producing extremely close tolerance goods. We work in such common materials as Delrin (Acetal), Nylon, Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Teflon, PVC, Phenolic and UHMW. CPG also regularly works with more exotic materials such as Rulon, Vespel, Ultem, Epocast and Meldin.

CPG can provide you with highly accurate low-quantity prototypes, and we are just as ready to produce high-quality, high quantity, production runs.

Our CNC department can produce your required components directly from your electronic drawings. We can accept most standard electronic formats including IGES, CATIA© and AutoCAD©. If your format is not in this list, we will work with you and with our CAD/CAM software supplier to accept your format. CPG's capabilities include both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.

Our fabrication facilities are first-class. We can fabricate items for any application, including Acrylic model covers, gallery showcases, furniture and furniture components, store fixtures and custom requests.
