The Fuel Applications Falcontrol burner control system has been designed to provide maximum safety and control to all the functions of an asphalt or aggregate drying burner system. Fuel Applications Limited has installed nearly fifty asphalt or aggregate drying burner Falcontrol panel systems to date.

The new Falcontrol Burner Management System utilizes a reliable Siemans programmable logic controller, in conjunction with an interactive message display, to provide a constant readout of the system status. The Falcontrol system prompts the operator through the burner cycle while displaying various system status, data and faults should they occur. Our system provides for complete "first out" annunciation of all limit inputs to reduce troubleshooting downtime.

The Basic Falcontrol panel includes:

• Honeywell flame safety monitoring, including display of operations
• Honeywell temperature control
• Honeywell high temperature limit protection
• Automatic or manual burner operation
• Burner position indication
• PLC and interactive message display
• Complete "first out" annunciation of all limit inputs
• Temperature deviation alarms both high and low.

To the above you can add:

• Chart recorder - one or two pen
• Process temperature monitoring from non-control points
• Custom process or equipment monitoring and control
