Facilities
Tri-Service's new modern 50,000 sq.
ft. (4645 sq. m.) fabrication facility is designed and equipped to produce
a wide variety of products.
Three 220 ft. (67 m.) long bays and one auxiliary bay
are serviced by 10 overhead cranes and numerous Jib cranes. Maximum crane
capacity is 40 tons with 24 ft. (7.3 m.) under the hook. Five shipping
and receiving doors range in sizes up to 20 ft. x 20 ft. (6.1 m. x 6.1
m.).
 Our in-house
capabilities include fully automated burning, plasma cutting, shearing,
brake forming, plate and section rolling, punching and machining. Utilizing
this vast array of equipment to suit our own production sequences allows
us to satisfy even the most stringent scheduling concerns of our customers.
The latest welding techniques and equipment are used throughout our facility,
including fully automatic Submerged-Arc, semi-automatic MIG, TIG and manual
welding. All of our welders are certified to CSA W47.1 (meets or exceeds
A.W.S. D1.1) or CSA W47.2 (aluminum) or A.S.M.E. Section IX.
