ERIS accesses millions of records, from over 440 databases to identify potential environmental threats to Canadian properties. The results are compiled into an ERIS Database Report, which incorporates synchronous mapping technology to clearly identify areas of potential concern, whether you are doing a Phase I, Phase II, a remediation assessment, a commercial loan assessment or simple legal due diligence.

Every ERIS Database Report includes a customized map showing the subject property and detailed records found that relate to the property and surrounding area. All reports are manually verified and inspected by an experienced team of Environmental Information Analysts.

Additional services provided by ERIS to aid in the historical records review process are aerial photography, title searches, city directory searches, topographic maps, fire insurance maps, inspection reports, and site specific plans. Also available, are specialized waste disposal reports, the Loan Risk Assessment Report, RSC Reports, mining reports, and the option of French language reports for Quebec sites.
