Top-Flo features

These filters and strainers are specifically designed for the removal of unwanted particles from process line content. They are constructed of 316L stainless steel, the ideal material to fight corrosion. In addition, they are lightweight, rugged, and offer easy installation and quick cleanup. The result is a solution that not only protects against contamination, but that also helps prolong the service life of pumps, valves, heat exchangers and other processing equipment.

The strainers are available in two lengths — short 15-¾-inch OAL and long 35-⅜-inch OAL. These sizes allow them to be interchangeable with other comparable strainers.

The standard filters available feature fine particle removal ranging from 765 micron to 40 micron. However, if larger particle removal is required, a reusable wire mesh overscreen is offered, allowing for the removal of particles ranging from 1905 micron to 73 micron.

A variety of filtering media can be used with these filters, including non-woven rayon, cotton, cheesecloth, nylon mesh and woven nylon.
