A customer needed an elevated security guard house for its client’s busy, new, state-of-the-art facility in Hamilton, Ont.

Provincial Partitions takes a client-centred approach to modular space solutions. The Mississauga, Ont.-based company’s goal of continuing to meet or exceed customer expectations has resulted in many customers becoming repeat customers.

One repeat customer, for example, needed an elevated security guard house for its client’s busy, new, state-of-the-art facility in Hamilton, Ont. Measuring 10 by 29 feet, the guard house needed to be entirely self-contained, complete with a washroom, heating and air conditioning, and full electrical and plumbing.

The unit was delivered intact and simply craned into place, virtually ready and fully functional as soon as the utilities were hooked up. Happy with how the progress of the guard house was going, the client turned to Provincial Partitions to provide, in addition to the guard house, an oversized bike shelter and smoke shelter to accommodate its client’s many new employees.

Provincial Partitions’ functional and space-efficient guard houses and kiosks offer years of trouble-free operation. Kiosks include windows, full electrical package, hinged or sliding door and exterior grade roof. Work counters, HVAC, overhangs or canopies are available options.

Provincial Partitions’ booths arrive completely finished and can usually be operational the same day. Custom units, as well as bullet-proof options, are available upon request.

There are many examples of successful customer applications the company can share.
