Modular design

The compact, modular design of these pressure transducers means that they offer maximum flexibility for different configurations, including a variety of pressure port and electrical configurations.

Rugged construction

These units were designed for durability. They don’t have any o-rings or organics exposed to the pressure media, and their wetted material is made of 316L stainless steel. Ideal for operating temperatures between -40 and 125 degrees C, U5200 pressure transducers are weatherproof, and exceed the latest heavy industrial CE requirements, including surge protection. In addition, the circuits are protected from reverse wiring at input and short circuit at output.

High accuracy

These units offer high accuracy up to ±0.1 per cent, and a total error band up to ±0.75 per cent.

U5200 pressure transducers are geared to the OEM customer for low to mid volumes. They are suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, even for difficult media such as contaminated water, steam and mildly corrosive fluids. Ideal applications include industrial process control and monitoring, advanced HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, automotive test stands, off-road vehicles, pumps and compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, agriculture equipment, as well as energy generation and management.
