“We specialize in custom work, so we will make bushings to meet your specifications,” the company says. “We have the equipment to produce bushings in a range of sizes, including threaded and knurled styles.”

Collison-Goll constantly updates its equipment to ensure it has the ability to machine the most complex product designs. The company uses Swiss-type CNC machines, such as the Citizen L20 with 3⁄4-inch diameter capacity; Citizen L16 with 5⁄8-inch diameter capacity; and Hanwha XD32H with 11⁄4-inch diameter capacity. This equipment allows the team to perform precise machining quickly, which means they can offer fast turnaround times on custom bushings. 

The company also utilizes a number of CNC lathes that have the capability to run up to 10-inch slugs and three-inch round material. Multi-spindle automatic machines can handle parts up to 2.25 inches. Collison-Goll’s BNJ-twin spindle, multi-axis lathes avoid the need for secondary operations, resulting in cost savings for the customers and reduced lead times.The company also uses a range of finishing equipment such as Hardinge lathes, drilling and tapping machines, and a centerless grinder to provide the desired surface finishes on parts.
