The clean room measured 31 by 81 square feet and used mostly standard Provincial Partitions System 40 components.

A manufacturing company, primarily servicing the pharmaceutical industry, needed a large clean room facility to showcase its custom manufactured packaging line equipment. After doing the research and learning about Provincial Partitions’ proven track record in constructing clean rooms, the company selected a Provincial Partitions modular space solution.

The System 40 advantage

The solution, a clean room measuring 31 by 81 square feet and using mostly standard Provincial Partitions System 40 components, was constructed in less than a week. This was easily accomplished due to the flexibility and convenience of Provincial Partitions’ modular plug-and-play System 40, which assembles faster and cleaner than conventional construction. For the client, this meant less mess and downtime, and ultimately, a quicker project turnaround with significantly less business interruption.

Going above and beyond

Provincial Partitions can easily accommodate all client requirements. This particular client opted to design, source and install its own custom AC system purchased in Canada, with ductwork imported directly from Italy. The customer worked closely with Provincial Partitions during this process. In fact, Provincial Partitions has a long history of working with many third-party suppliers to meet its customers’ needs. Provincial Partitions also wanted to protect its client’s investment, so the team installed 70 lineal feet of guardrail, along with 110 feet of rooftop guardrail.
