Lapp's rugged plastic carrier features a heavy-duty nylon cable track with a durable, fibre-reinforced nylon construction.

The Lapp Group offers a broad range of cable and connector products that have been the backbone for innovations across many industries over the last 50-plus years. Best known for its cables and cable accessories, the German, family run company also offers a wide variety of cable tracks (or cable carriers) designed to maintain cable alignment in continuous-flexing applications. By maintaining alignment and protecting them from chemical wear and stress, these tracks increase the life of cables and hoses, which also reduces downtime and improves machine operation.

Lapp’s lineup of cable tracks includes:

  • Nylon cable tracks feature a lightweight, open design in standard widths. Its micro carrier is the smallest cable carrier, offering smooth, quiet operation and a snap together design. Its standard carrier features lightweight, rugged links in moulded fibre-reinforced nylon material.
  • Hybrid cable tracks come in an open or tubed design with customizable widths. Its rugged plastic carrier features a heavy-duty nylon cable track with a durable, fibre-reinforced nylon construction. Its rugged hybrid carrier features a hybrid nylon chain and an aluminum frame.
  • Steel cable tracks provide a rugged, heavy-duty carrier scalable to extreme size and load applications. They are corrosion and red-hot chip resistant.
  • Flexible multi-axis nylon cable tracks are designed for 3D movement with a torsion capability of 215 to 450 degrees. The carrier’s braided cable steel wire core provides optimal strength.

Like all of the products Lapp produces, its cable tracks are known for their quality and reliability. To learn more about its cable carriers, contact Lapp Group.
