Jergens has been manufacturing fasteners since it was founded in 1942, and has developed a reputation for high-quality standards along the way.

Jergens has been manufacturing fasteners for workholding solutions, lifting solutions and specialty fasteners since it was founded in 1942, and has developed a reputation for high-quality standards and manufacturing efficiency along the way.

The company’s innovations, available through Gould Fasteners, include the Ball Lock Mounting System and Kwik-Lok Pins.

The Ball Lock Mounting System allows users to quickly and accurately locate fixtures onto machine tables. Fixtures can often be exchanged in less than a minute and with position repeatability of +/-0.013 mm. Fixtures can also be exchanged between different machines when both are using the Jergens Ball Lock Mounting System.

Kwik-Lock lifting pins feature all stainless steel construction and components. The 17-4 PH stainless steel forged, heat-treated lifting ring features a large opening and load spreader bar, and resists corrosion in harsh environments. It accommodates a wide range of lifting hooks/hardware and helps prevent accidental actuation of ball release button. Most importantly, it provides the ability to lift with confidence.

Whatever your fastener needs, Jergens has a solution to help you manufacture efficiently. Its lifting solutions are high-quality, safe and strong — from stainless steel or alloy steel swivel/centre pull, side pull or extended SP2000 side pull, to side swivel, eyebolts, shoulder bolts and lift ring products. The company’s high strength fasteners are used in a variety of industries, including military, aerospace, medical, automotive, metalworking and more.

Mississauga, Ont.-based Gould Fasteners is an authorized distributor for Jergens products. The company has been a full service distributor of a variety of fasteners, electronic parts and militaryspec hardware since 1979.
