Loctite 4902 and 4903 high-flex cyanoacrylates have the capability to bond to many material types in less than five seconds.

Fast, flexible and strong

Loctite 4902 and 4903 instant adhesives deliver high flexibility, with the capability to offer elongations up to 155 per cent. They’re also able to bond to plastics, rubber, metals and more in a matter of seconds. Plus, they’re backed by the trusted Loctite name, so customers can be sure that they’re getting a product that can deliver what it promises. An added bonus: these adhesives are ISO 10993 biocompatible, which allows them to be used in the assembly of disposable medical devices. 

For difficult-to-bond substrates, such as polyethylene and polypropylene, Loctite 770 or Loctite 7701 polyolefin primers are ideal.

Performance details

Loctite 4902 and 4903 dry clear and offer a viscosity of 200 centipoise. They can bond to most materials in less than five seconds, but can take up to 10 seconds to bond to acrylic.

4902 has the capability to elongate up to 155 per cent, has a hardness level of 65 and a modulus of 57,900 psi. 4903, on the other hand, offers elongations up to 85 per cent, has a hardness level of 66 and a modulus of 78,100 psi.
