FEIN compact angle grinders are lighter than those in comparable performance classes, and remove up to 30 per cent more material than competitive models.

FEIN invented its first hand grinder in 1906, and has been producing innovative, high-quality die and angle grinders ever since. Today, the German company offers a comprehensive lineup of compact to large grinders covering a wide range of applications.

Compact angle grinders

FEIN compact angle grinders are lighter than those in comparable performance classes, and remove up to 30 per cent more material than competitive models.

This gives users a lightweight tool that enhances productivity, while saving time and money. The grinders feature reduced vibration, which results in even material removal and an optimum surface finish. Their motors are designed for constant speeds, even under load, and feature optimum ventilation and more.

FEIN’s compact angle grinders are available in two designs — the traditional barrel-body style models and the newly introduced line of Rat-tail models with ergonomic “ErgoGrip” handles. Each line features a selection of models for deburring, grinding and cut-off work, plus one with variable speed for stainless steel processing. All models feature a solid metal gear head that rotates in 90-degree steps. This durable and robust head offers optimum switch position for every application. Another key feature is the removable and adjustable non-slip safety guard.

Large angle grinders

Designed for heavy-duty grinding and cutting work, FEIN’s large angle grinders offer superior performance, comfort and optimum safety. Two models are available, both featuring the company’s high performance motors with a high metal removal rate; a low gear head design for operation in tight spaces; soft-start for safe handling; and a rear handle that can be rotated to four positions.

Die grinders

The GSZ line of die grinders features a broad range of power and RPM options. The grinders are available in seven models and three power classes (350, 750 and 1,010 watts). This wide selection makes them suitable for a range of applications, from light deburring or brushing to heavy fabrication. Each power class features RPM options, so users are guaranteed to have a tool matched to their specific application. The die grinders feature constant torque and speed, as well as low vibration and an ergonomic design to reduce operator fatigue.
