EXAIR has expanded its line of Stainless Steel Long Super Air Knives to include a maximum length of 2,743 millimetres.

Air knife systems are an integral part of industrial operations that require drying, cooling, dust blow off or the removal of excess oils and liquids. EXAIR recently expanded its line of Stainless Steel Long Super Air Knives to include a maximum length of 2,743 millimetres (108 inches). In addition, the company now manufactures all air knives that are 1,524 millimetres (60 inches) and longer in one piece, rather than the previous two-piece design. This allows ease of installation and saves space. 

The air knives also feature a corrosion-resistant design, which ensures seamless airflow and allows it to withstand temperatures up to 427 degrees C (800 degrees F). The design also facilitates energy efficiency. It minimizes compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air. 

The Long Super Air Knives provide a uniform, high volume, high velocity curtain of air that is infinitely adjustable. It can go from a gentle blowing force to a strong blast of air. Plus, it features a compact profile measuring 44.45 by 36.58 millimetres (1.75 by 1.44 inches), and includes compressed air inlets on each end and the bottom to allow for simple mounting in tight spaces. Additional advantages include quiet operation and a maintenance-free design — there are no moving parts to wear out.
