Denso North America offers a way to prevent corrosion in the voids between pipes, cables, ducts and protective sleeves. The Denso Void Filler is a specially formulated petrolatum compound that can be hot injected into these voids, where it will exclude air and water to protect against corrosion. 

Denso Void Filler advantages

The Denso Void Filler offers a number of benefits. For instance, it is non-hardening and has excellent flexibility. The void filler is easy to apply, as it can be pumped when heated between 80 degrees C (176 degrees F) and 120 degrees C (248 degrees F). Once inside the void, the filler is capable of penetrating and wetting any existing corrosion, and will be unaffected by water, salts and acids.

To apply the filler, it is pumped into the lowest point of the void until it flows in a continuous stream to the highest point. The filler sets into a semi-solid paste. When all the voids between strands and ducts are filled, the Denso Void Filler is capable of providing full, long-term corrosion protection.  

Product details

The compound is entirely petroleum hydrocarbon based. Additives help to displace water and inhibit corrosion, as well as enhance the filler's adhesion and control its flow. The maximum continuous operating temperature for Denso Void Filler is 40 degrees C (104 degrees F). Denso North America can easily supply void filler in large quantities. It is available in 12-ounce cartridges, five-gallon pails or 55-gallon drums.
