Cleco’s NeoTek corded electric assembly tools are available from Dobco Equipment.

In today’s competitive manufacturing environment, solutions that improve productivity and decrease costs are in high demand. This is why Dobco Equipment, a leading supplier of pneumatic tools and assembly tools, is proud to offer Cleco’s NeoTek corded electric assembly tools. These products exceed the industry’s most demanding assembly requirements by combining more than 50 years of experience with smart technology. The result: customers receive a streamlined assembly line and a quick return on investment.

Key details

The NeoTek fastening system is the next generation of smart tool solutions thanks to its lightweight, ergonomic design and fully programmable features, which include high-output LED light rings, audible alerts and handle vibration. This design helps to create a better user experience, with decreased operator fatigue and increased productivity.

The NeoTek 30 Series, for low torque applications, and the NeoTek 50 Series, for medium torque applications, both have angle heads that were engineered to provide one million cycles without requiring any maintenance, and while delivering class-leading repeatability of 2.0 Cm/Cmk at +/- 7%.

In addition, the NeoTek’s tool cable features an industry-first quarter turn twist-lock design, which eliminates one of the leading causes of tool cable failure: damaged threads. The system also features the Cleco mPr0400GC-hybrid controller, which supports industry standard protocols and fieldbus communication for easy integration into any manufacturing environment. The controller features a large touchscreen with an easy-to-use software interface. Programming can be done directly from the unit or remotely from a PC using the included license-free software.

Additional information

These tools are 21 per cent lighter than the company’s existing tool family. However, the lightweight design does not take away from its many features.
