A variety of new, refurbished and used buildings are available from CPS.

Canadian Portable Structures (CPS) is a leader in the design, engineering and installation of portable structures for a wide range of applications. The Burlington, Ont.-based company offers a variety of new, refurbished and used buildings in stock for immediate delivery, to ensure its customers get what they need, when they need it.

Pre-owned options

Used buildings often become available at the end of a lease or rental agreement, or when customers wish to exchange existing office units for larger or smaller offices as their needs change.

CPS makes these units available to customers who may be looking for quality products at a lower cost. These are often small CPS Portable Plug-In Plant Offices ranging in size from eight feet by eight feet to 12 feet by 20 feet. The company also often has relocatable offices or classrooms available that are 24 feet by 32 feet and larger.

The used items are listed on the company’s website, and updated as they come in. Financing packages are available to buy or lease these units.

New options with a fast turnaround

CPS also offers a variety of new options that are already built and “must go.” These include exterior buildings of various sizes, storage units and smoke shelters that are available with a one-day delivery.

There are other options, like the company’s Modtech in-plant office, that can be manufactured and ready for install in five days. This option exists for Modtech offices in various sizes, from 9.2 feet by 9.2 feet, up to 13.5 feet by 19 feet, 10 inches.

A leading provider of portable buildings

CPS is committed to superior service and unsurpassed product quality. Its portable structures can be used for virtually every purpose. The versatile buildings can be temporary or permanent, portable or modular, and range in size.

“Our product line has been developed with your needs in mind,” the company says.
