Blacoh’s patented SPILLSTOP Leak Containment System, available in Canada from York Fluid Controls, is designed to prevent this.

The SPILLSTOP safely captures leaked product while effectively shutting down failing pumps. It works pneumatically, which means that no hazardous electronics or unreliable batteries are used. 

Available in a full range of chemically resistant materials, the SPILLSTOP is compatible with all air-operated double-diaphragm (AODD) pumps that have discharge sizes from 6.35 to 101.6 mm (¼ to four inches). Optional warning alarm and backup pump switchover are available to ensure maximum productivity and minimal system downtime. Custom models are also available if the standard in-stock models don’t meet the customer’s exact needs.
