Provincial Partitions’ proprietary System 40 is an easily customizable modular solution.

360 Mobile, one of the largest Telus dealers in the country, needed to convert an empty warehouse space into a new state-of-the-art executive office space. The company had previously installed a Provincial Partitions mezzanine, so it was easy to build out the existing structure to include the new office partitions.

Once complete, the updated space included nine new offices, a gym, a warehousing area, three storage areas, three bathrooms, one full kitchen and a boardroom.

System 40 advantages

At the heart of the new executive offices is Provincial Partitions’ proprietary System 40 interior partition walls, an easily customizable modular solution. In fact, the client requested changes to the layout as the installation was taking place, and this was easily accomplished because Provincial Partitions’ modular plug-and-play System 40 offers flexibility and convenience. Another plus: System 40 assembles faster and cleaner than conventional construction. For 360 Mobile, this meant less mess and downtime and, ultimately, a quicker project turnaround with less business interruption.
