More than 60% of Ferguson's production equipment, including extraordinarily sophisticated CNC presses, have been designed and fabricated within the Providence, Rhode Island plant. We have complete machining, fabricating, welding and tool room facilities. This expertise and equipment is at our customers' disposal. Ferguson maintains a constantly expanding tool inventory and particularly welcomes the challenge of meeting the most specialized customer needs and solving their most exacting problems.

Large holes, oblong holes, small holes, square holes, round holes, conical slots. Trapezoidal patterns with staggered centers or straight centers; in sheets, plates or coils - we do it all.

Ferguson Perforating can perforate up to 60" wide coils and plates up to 72" wide x 180" long and 3/4" thick in steel, aluminum, stainless, most alloys, plastics and formica.

Typical applications include cloths dryers, noise abatement components for jet engine nacelles, acoustical panels, covers for electronic and telecommunications equipment, HVAC dispersion panels, protective guards, surgical trays, filtration components, hammermill screens, conveyor flights and more.
