Agricultural buckets are manufactured from the highest grade of polyethylene, urethane and nylon available. The rounded front lip allows the bucket to gently pass through the product, unlike buckets that have broad thick lips that can impact and damage the material. The popular CC-HD style is the most accepted design in North America. This style is distinguished by the distinctive “breaks” on the bottom of the bucket. The precise angle of the breaks determines the discharge pattern of the product. bucket. “Round bottomed” buckets cannot emulate the outstanding discharge characteristics of the CC design. All nonmetallic industrial buckets are produced from new injection molds. These molds were engineered expressly to match the original mill standard design. The 12 sizes, combined with the existing 22 sizes in ductile iron, give Tapco the only full range of AA buckets that conform to the TRUE STANDARD of the industry. Both nonmetallic and ductile iron buckets are ideal for use in foundry sand, coal, fertilizer, sand and gravel, stone, clay, salt and other abrasive applications.

Abrasion Resistant Sheeting, Drag Flights and Hanger Bearings for screw conveyors can reduce wear and friction in your facility. Tapco sheeting is available in UHMW and urethane. It is used for bin liners, wear strips, guide plates, hopper liners, gaskets, chain guides and conveyor liners. Urethane sheeting is provided with four backings: plain, expanded metal, fabric and perforated metal. Drag flights are strong, abrasion resistant, and cost efficient. Nylon hanger bearings are a long-lasting, low maintenance replacement for wood, babbitt and bronze.
