ONTOR is a privately owned, third generation, family business; first established in 1948 by Charles and John Elder and now headed by Robert Elder. ONTOR is a National Sales Organization employing more than 80 people across the country. The corporate office and warehouse is a 30,000 square foot building located in Toronto, Ontario.

Regional offices are located across Canada in Halifax, Quebec City, Montreal, Sudbury, Windsor, Waterloo, Burlington, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver. There are two distinct sales divisions, each with their own support staff consisting of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and ISD (Industrial Systems Division).
