In addition to custom metal fabrication & machining services, Barlow’s Custom Machining & Fabrication Division offers tight tolerance, high precision laser cutting. We can hold .005” - .002” tolerance, depending on material thickness and have a 4’ x 12’ sheet capacity. We regularly cut Mild & Stainless steels, Aluminum, Galvanized & Brass, along with other materials such as Titanium, Wood, MDF, Acrylic, UHMW & Nylon. We also offer part finishing options such as painting, powder coating, zinc/cadmium plating or electropolishing.

Our in-house engineering & design department can accept CAD files in a multitude of formats, design and draw from customer specifications, or even use napkin sketches to produce your parts. We have CSWP (Certified Solidworks Professionals) on staff and are an ISO 9001:2000 accredited facility

Barlow conveying systems are engineered to the highest standards of precision quality. All conveying systems are built to exacting standards, using materials best suited to the specific application. Mild steel or stainless steel can be specified for frame construction. Chain types include carbon steel, stainless steel or thermoplastic. Options are available for a wide range of wearstrip materials, guide rail profiles, and other system components.

Barlow's turnkey service provides for extensive on-site support for all projects. Where possible, units are pre-assembled at the factory for quick installation.
