At C-T Wire Prep Inc. we are CSA/UL approved to manufacture wire lead assemblies, cables, and wire harnesses using customer supplied drawings and/or product samples. We are equipped with Amp, Artos, and Molex automatic wire processing machinery to cut, strip, and crimp wires in any volume you desire. We own a large inventory of tooling dies to crimp many types of terminals.

If we have what you need, this can reduce overall costs because you wouldn't have to pay for tooling charges.

We have a coloring machine, which allows us to color and stripe PVC jacketed wire styles with CSA and UL approvals. We can over mold onto wire harnesses or cable assemblies with our Arburg injection molder. We can process coaxial cables with our Schlueniger MP 257 coax stripper. We can solder wire harnesses and simple printed circuit board assemblies. We can also build or wire chassis sub assemblies.

We have heat shrink cutting capabilites with our Eubanks tube cutter. We can supply wire, crimp terminals, and housings from name brand companies such as Molex, ETC, and AMP to name a few. An Electrical/Electronic engineer is on staff to guide you with your wiring needs for start up of new products that require wires, cables, or harnesses.
