STEPPED THROUGH - SHAFTS
VMS Blowers feature through-shafts with stepped shoulders that accurately locate the rotors, spacers and seals, preventing lateral movement and resulting in greater reliability and smoother operation.
5 BEARING SYSTEM
Mounted in the drive-end oil reservoir, this unique VMS blower feature helps the unit absorb the initial shock that accompanies blower start-up.
HEAT - SHRUNK , TAPER - PINNED GEARS
VMS Blowers utilize heavy-duty 4340 alloy steel helical gears that are heat-shrunk and taper-pinned to the shafts to eliminate impeller slippage and improve operating efficiency.
DUAL - END OIL RESERVOIRS
VMS blowers incorporate oil throwers in self-contained single-unit oil reservoirs located at both ends of the blower housing. These provide optimum lubrication for longer, quieter, and cooler performance.
PRECISION - MACHINED IMPELLERS
